The men's trap was a shooting sports event held as part of the Shooting at the 1924 Summer Olympics programme. It was the fifth appearance of the event. The competition was held on July 8, 1924 and on July 9, 1924 at the shooting ranges at Issy-les-Moulineaux. 44 shooters from 14 nations competed.
A maximum of four competitors per nation were allowed.
